Icom has a manual covering CI-V interface protocol commands, but I've not found what hardware interface / drivers might be required to get it talking to a Win 10 PC (where I'm guessing it might show up as yet another Comm port - but maybe not??).

 CI-V can also command PTT. The Accessory (ACC1 or ACC) socket is a hardware interface.  It is not a communication interface.  It is a Rig Control and Audio input/output interface. The Icom Communications Interface V (CI-V) is used for remote control. To control the transceiver, first set its address, data communication speed, and transceive function.
